Terms of Sale

These Conditions of Sale (hereinafter only "General Conditions") regulate the sale of products marketed by the company SALICE S.R.L., in order to ensure maximum transparency and clarity in the relationship with users. All sales and purchase operations between the Seller and the Customer will be governed by the following General Conditions.

  • Registration

Users who intend to purchase on www.giordystore.it and use the services on the site must register. The user who registers declares to have read the Privacy Policy and that the personal data entered are truthful, as well as correct, assuming full responsibility for the information provided. In the event of changes, the user is required to promptly inform the Company.

  • Use of discount coupons

Users who receive any type of discount coupon must use it according to the times indicated in the coupon itself. Coupons are unique and cannot be combined and cannot be applied to goods already on sale (unless expressly specified).

  • Acceptance of the conditions of sale

The contract stipulated between the company SALICE S.R.L. and the Customer must understand that the order has been concluded, even partially, by www.giordystore.it. This acceptance is deemed to be implied, upon prior communication, in any manner, to the Customer. By placing an order in the various ways provided, the Customer declares to have read all the information provided to him during the purchase procedure and to fully accept the general conditions of sale.

  • Product availability and order fulfillment

The electronic commerce system adopted on the website www.giordystore.it is designed to guarantee maximum transparency to the Customer, indicating in real time the exact status of availability of the Products in stock and related delivery times.

However, it must be considered that multiple users can place orders for the same item(s) at the same time and consequently vary the quantity of products present in our warehouse. In this case it will be our concern to appropriately notify the Customer by telephone or e-mail of any problems related to the availability of the product, who at that point can freely decide whether or not to cancel the order placed. In case of cancellation you will be immediately refunded the amount paid.

Please also remember that the images and information present in the product sheets are indicative and sometimes may not fully correspond to the actual characteristics of the item, although we show a lot of care and attention in this too.

  • Orders

Orders are accepted only and exclusively via the Internet (online). The customer who sends the order directly from the site will receive, at the end of the procedure, a communication via electronic mail (E-mail) confirming the order, with the indication of the relevant order number. In the event that, after sending the order, the order number does not appear (after a few minutes), the proposal will be considered as not accepted, for all legal purposes, even if for accounting, administrative or product shortage.

It is possible to cancel an order only if it has not yet been processed and the goods have not yet been shipped, by telephone or by written communication to be sent via email to info@giordystore.it, giving the reason for the message the text “ORDER CANCELLATION” For orders already processed the customer must exercise the Right of Withdrawal.

  • Selling prices

All sales prices displayed on the website www.giordystore.it are indicated in Euros and include VAT. They are subject to change without notice. Shipping costs, except in exceptional or promotional cases, are borne by the Customer, clearly displayed before completing the order. In the event of a price discrepancy, following the customer's order, these will be immediately communicated to the customer by telephone or e-mail who will be able to withdraw from the purchase commitment made without any penalty.

  • Delivery mode and times

Shipping costs are borne by the customer (for all orders under €50), clearly visible when placing the order. Delivery of the goods takes place within 3 working days (5 working days in the case of Minor Islands or remote areas). For further information go to the Shipping page.

  • Claims, returns and replacements

Upon receipt of the goods, the Customer is required to immediately check their condition and conformity. Complaints relating to the conformity of the products, also in relation to their quantity and/or external appearance, must be made in writing by sending a specific email to info@giordystore.it within 15 working days from the date of delivery of the Product, specifying the reason for the complaint and the solution you wish to request: return or replacement.

In both cases, the Consumer will be required to return the Product to the addresses indicated below within the same period of 15 (fifteen) days from the date of delivery of the item.

The returned product must appear:

- correctly packaged in its original packaging, in perfect resale condition (not ruined, damaged or dirty) and equipped with all accessories and documentation (including tags and labels);

- equipped with the transport document (present in the original packaging), so as to allow SALICE S.R.L. to identify the Consumer (Order number, name, surname and address);

- without obvious signs of use, other than those compatible with carrying out a normal test of the item. That is, they must not bear traces of prolonged use (more than a few minutes) exceeding the time necessary for a test and must not be in such a state that they cannot be resold.

If the returned Product does not comply with the provisions of the previous paragraph, a refund cannot be made to the customer.

If faults and defects are found in the Product being purchased, the Consumer may request its replacement. SALICE S.R.L. will, depending on the case, carry out the requested replacements within a reasonable period of receipt of the Consumer's request. The costs will be completely borne by SALICE S.R.L., including those for sending the returned product, which will subsequently be reimbursed to the Consumer.

However, if only a size or color replacement is needed, the costs will be borne by SALICE SRL.

  • Applicable law and competent court

This agreement is governed by Italian law. For any dispute that may arise on the interpretation and execution of this agreement, the court of Rome will be competent.
