Join our exclusive Loyalty Card Program and turn every purchase into an advantage! The Loyalty Card Program is reserved for all Gibiesse, Gibiesse Abbigliamento, Marella Viterbo, Scuderi, Niky Scuderi customers, who can join by requesting the loyalty card.
The Fidelity Card is free.
How does it work?
From 01.01.2023, the holders of the Fidelity Card ("Participants"), by making purchases in the stores mentioned, accumulate the program's loyalty points ("Points"), which can be used to obtain promotions and special advantages.
Every euro you spend in our physical stores earns you a loyalty point. Accumulate these points and convert them into discounts on future purchases. The more points you accumulate, the greater the benefits. Here is the conversion scale of points into discounts:
- 200 points: €2 discount
- 300 points: €5 discount
- 700 points: €10 discount
- 1000 points: €20 discount
- 1800 points: €30 discount
- 2700 points: €40 discount
- 3500 points: €80 discount
- 4500 points: €100 discount
The calculation of the Points will be carried out on the total price of in-store and online transactions, purchased in a single solution, net of any discounts applied.
It will not be possible to load Points after purchase. In the event of an exchange of goods, the Points used in the previous transaction will be refunded and credited in the new exchange of goods transaction.
You can consult the balance of Points accumulated at any time by going to our stores.
Points relating to purchases made in stores are automatically credited immediately after the purchase.
In the event of problems with the crediting of Points following a purchase, you can contact Customer Service by writing to info@gibiessestore.it within 5 days from the date on which you made the purchase in the store.
Exclusive Benefits for Your Birthday
During the period of your birthday, i.e. 3 days before, on the same day and 3 days after, you will benefit from an additional 5% discount, which you can add to other active promotions in the store.
